Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

At One Up Multiverse Official, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your One Up chocolate bars or gummies, please review our refund policy below.

  1. Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

a. The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

b. The return request must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on opened or partially consumed products.

  1. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer service team at contact@oneupmultiverseofficial.us with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (if available).

b. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

c. Package the item(s) securely, along with a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation, and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

d. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  1. Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

  1. Exchanges:

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at contact@oneupmultiverseofficial.us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to replace the damaged or defective item(s) at no additional cost to you.

  1. Exceptions:

Please note that our refund policy does not cover the following situations:

a. Normal wear and tear

b. Misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of the product

c. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
